Madeleine Nicole Yotoho Launches Young Strategists 2026 National Entrepreneurship Challenge
Jakarta. Cents of Change Society, a youth-led nonprofit organization founded by Madeleine Nicole Yotoho, hosted Young Strategists 2026: Navigating the Business Frontier, a national entrepreneurship and digital innovation challenge organized in collaboration with Indonesia's Ministry of Creative Economy and TikTok. The event also marked the launch of Nicole’s debut novel, The Trade-Off, and her personal finance application, ManaVue.
As Indonesia continues to promote entrepreneurship and digital innovation as key drivers of economic growth, Young Strategists 2026 was created to equip young people with the entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinking, and digital skills needed to address real-world business challenges. Held under the theme "Where Future Leaders Turn Ideas into Impact," the event brought together more than 500 students, aspiring entrepreneurs, and young innovators from across Indonesia to participate in business competitions, mentorship sessions, and collaborative problem-solving activities.
Founded by Madeleine Nicole Yotoho, Cents of Change Society was established to expand access to financial literacy, entrepreneurship education, and leadership opportunities for young people. The organization believes that while talent is widely distributed, access to financial knowledge, strategic thinking, and meaningful opportunities is often not. Through educational initiatives and partnerships with government institutions, schools, and community organizations, Cents of Change Society seeks to help bridge that gap and empower young Indonesians to create lasting social and economic impact.
"Young Strategists 2026 is designed to show that successful entrepreneurship begins not only with capital, but with strategic thinking, creativity, and the willingness to solve meaningful problems," said Madeleine Nicole Yotoho, Founder of Cents of Change Society. "We hope this platform inspires more young Indonesians to transform innovative ideas into sustainable ventures that benefit their communities."
Launch of The Trade-Off and ManaVue
The event also featured the official launch of two projects that reflect Nicole’s commitment to advancing financial literacy, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
Her debut novel, The Trade-Off, is a corporate thriller that explores ethical questions surrounding ambition, corporate governance, and accountability in the business world. The novel will be distributed through bookstores and educational outreach initiatives across Indonesia.
Alongside the novel, Nicole introduced ManaVue, a personal finance application designed to help young people build responsible financial habits. The application offers budgeting, expense tracking, and financial planning tools aimed at encouraging informed financial decision-making from an early age.
"With The Trade-Off and ManaVue, I wanted to demonstrate that understanding problems and creating solutions can go hand in hand," Nicole said. "Innovation creates the greatest impact when it addresses real challenges and delivers lasting value for society."
Developing Future Business Leaders
Young Strategists 2026 was designed to simulate the complex decision-making environments faced by today's entrepreneurs and business leaders. Participants tackled entrepreneurship and digital innovation challenges that encouraged critical thinking, collaboration, adaptability, and responsible leadership while developing practical solutions to contemporary business issues.
Beyond the competition, the event also raised Rp 25 million to support charitable causes and community development programs, reinforcing Cents of Change Society's commitment to combining entrepreneurship education with measurable social impact.
The initiative reflects the organization's broader mission to integrate education, entrepreneurship, and community empowerment. Since its establishment, Cents of Change Society has collaborated with schools, local governments, and community partners to promote financial literacy, entrepreneurship education, and inclusive economic opportunities for young Indonesians.
Through initiatives such as Young Strategists 2026, Cents of Change Society continues to create platforms that encourage young people to transform innovative ideas into meaningful action and contribute to Indonesia's future economic development.
