Jakarta. KB Bank has launched KBstar debit card.

KB Bank is launching this MasterCard Classic card to respond to customer needs. 

The bank said the card could help the KBstar app users who did not have physical cards and wanted payment methods other than using the application. The freshly designed KBstar debit card is also part of the bank’s strategy to provide its customers with fast, easy, and safe payment methods. With KBstar debit card, customers now have the option to make online and offline payments.

Supported by a comprehensive digital infrastructure, we are able to provide services that meet the customer banking needs,” KB Bank’s deputy president director Robby Mondong said.

There are tons of promos available for KBstar debit card users. They do not need to pay fees for cash withdrawal available 10 times per day. They can also make interbank transfers across ATM Bersama and ATM Prima networks without having to pay the fees. Likewise, this interbank transfer promo is also only available for 10 transactions per day. 

Follow these steps to get a KBstar debit card:

• Install the latest update on KBstar application

• Customers can order a physical debit card and make a request to have it sent to the nearest KB Bank branch

• After the physical debit card arrives at the nearest KB Bank branch, customers can come to activate it via customer service at the selected branch
