Jakarta. Rising digitalization across industries, particularly in finance and other critical services, is reshaping cyber risks, making threats more organized, persistent, and increasingly sophisticated rather than incidental.

To address this challenge, Indosat Business has rolled out its Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) solution, an intelligence-led cybersecurity approach designed to help companies detect, analyze, and mitigate cyber threats proactively. The solution aims to shift corporate cybersecurity strategies from reactive responses toward more structured and sustainable digital risk management.

Cyber risks today extend beyond direct attacks on internal systems. Threats increasingly emerge through website spoofing, data leaks on open platforms and the dark web, and ransomware attempts. Without sufficient visibility into this evolving threat landscape, companies face operational disruptions, financial losses, and erosion of trust among customers and business partners.

Indosat Business’ CTI solution provides continuous monitoring of high-risk data, analysis of suspicious activity across digital channels including the dark web, and customizable risk and incident reports tailored to business needs. The system also offers early warnings on potential data breaches, fraud indicators, and ransomware threats, enabling faster and more precise mitigation.

By adopting an intelligence-based approach, companies can reduce reliance on manual monitoring processes that are often time-consuming and resource-intensive. With an intuitive interface and flexible reporting features, security teams can focus more on strengthening preventive strategies rather than merely responding to incidents after they occur.

One of the solution’s adopters is Artajasa Pembayaran Elektronis, a national electronic payment infrastructure provider. Given its high transaction volumes and complex systems, cybersecurity has become a top priority to ensure service reliability and maintain partner confidence.

Through the collaboration, Artajasa uses Indosat Business’ CTI to monitor potential threats comprehensively, including data leakage risks and suspicious digital activities. The implementation was carried out in stages and integrated with Artajasa’s internal security systems, supported by Indosat Business’ technical team to ensure alignment with industry standards.

As a result, Artajasa reported improved efficiency in early threat detection and a significant reduction in data leakage risks. The solution also supports compliance with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection (PDP) regulation and ISO 27001 standards, key requirements in maintaining trust within an increasingly complex digital ecosystem.

“We chose Indosat Business because its Cyber Threat Intelligence solution provides the visibility and protection we need. With CTI, we can detect and prevent cyber threats more effectively while safeguarding the integrity and reliability of our services,” said Dendy K. Pramudito, Director of Technology and Operations at Artajasa.

The collaboration underscores Indosat Business’ role as a strategic partner in strengthening corporate digital resilience in Indonesia. As cyber threats continue to escalate, proactive intelligence-driven cybersecurity is emerging as a critical foundation for operational sustainability and trust in the digital economy.
