IFG Supports 3 Million Homes Program with Danantara Ecosystem Collaboration
Jakarta. Indonesia Financial Group (IFG), the state-owned insurance, guarantee, and investment holding company within the Danantara Indonesia ecosystem, is supporting the Danantara Housing Expo 2026 as part of its commitment to the government's 3 Million Homes Program.
Through collaboration with fellow state-owned enterprises and strategic partners, IFG aims to strengthen the housing financing and protection ecosystem to expand public access to safe, affordable, and adequate housing.
IFG Corporate Secretary Denny S. Adji said the company remains committed to supporting the government's housing initiative by reinforcing risk protection and fostering collaboration across the Danantara Indonesia ecosystem.
"Collaboration within the Danantara Indonesia ecosystem is an important step toward creating sustainable value for the public. IFG supports this program through insurance and guarantee solutions that provide protection for homebuyers, financing institutions, developers, and all parties involved. With stronger protection, we hope more Indonesians will be able to own homes with greater security and confidence," Denny said.
Through its insurance and guarantee subsidiaries, IFG offers protection solutions that support the housing ecosystem from construction and financing to homeownership. The company said these solutions are expected to strengthen public confidence while supporting the long-term sustainability of Indonesia's housing sector.
Danantara Housing Expo 2026 will take place on Aug. 27–30 at the Nusantara International Convention Exhibition (NICE) in Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK), featuring more than 200,000 housing units from both state-owned and private developers, alongside a range of competitive financing options.
IFG said its participation underscores the company's commitment to supporting the government's strategic agenda, strengthening synergies within the Danantara Indonesia ecosystem, and delivering insurance and guarantee solutions that provide tangible benefits for Indonesians.
