Manila. Pharmaceutical company Dexa Group recently announced that its subsidiary Glorious Dexa Mandaya Philippines had partnered with Ayala Healthcare Holdings, Inc. (AC Health).

This partnership aims to enhance the availability of quality and affordable medicines for Filipinos.

They will work together on distributing Dexa Group's affordable medicines and healthcare products by leveraging AC Health's integrated ecosystem. This includes over 800 Generika and St. Joseph Drug pharmacies, more than 220 clinics, six hospitals under the Healthway Medical Network, and IE Medica, an import and distribution unit that supports the introduction of relevant new therapeutic solutions to the Philippine market.

“This partnership is rooted in a shared commitment to improve access to healthcare while maintaining the highest quality standards," AC Health's President and CEO, Paolo Borromeo, was quoted as saying in a press statement.

The agreement includes the establishment of a joint committee and the exploration of long-term collaborations in distribution, wholesale, and healthcare innovation across the country.
