Jakarta. Furniture firm Chandra Karya recently held an auction starting at just Rp 1.

The auction was part of Chandra Karya’s bazaar. The event took place at Grand Chandra Karya Pramuka over the weekend. This marked the 17th edition of the said bazaar. Attendees could buy a wide range of branded spring beds, couches, and other furniture products at a very affordable price. Discounts, flash sales and clearance sales were also available. 

“We are consistently offering our customers the best services possible by providing super affordable proructs strarting at just Rp 1,” Chandra Karya Furniture’s director Chandra Kristianto said. 

As many as 17 spring bed brands took part in the event. They were King Koil, Lady Americana, Serta, Simmons, Spring Air, Therapedic, Romance, Tempur, Airland, Dreamline, Florence, Elite, Comforta, Sleep & Dream, Dunlopillo, Alga, and Slumberland. People could also get an additional 5 percent discount by using Bank Mandiri’s debit or credit card. 

Auction winner Rissa Tiara could get 4 products at just Rp 12 million. Rissa had bought a Comforta spring ber, Therapedik, sofa, and an office desk. 

“This is beyond my expectations because I could get the products much cheaper than the normal price. The desk used to cost Rp 13 million, but now I only had to pay Rp 404,000,” Tiara said.

“I hope Chandra Karya can open up more outlets in the country so they can help Indonesians meet their furniture needs,” she added. 

Chandra Karya’s main auction event is slated for Aug. 10, 11, 17 and 18 on 3 p.m. the event is open for public. Anyone who wishes to join the auction will have to sign up first.
