Supporting The Habibie Center’s Book Launch: Empowering Youth for Climate Action

Alongside its judging role at the CIIC, Bakti Barito Foundation supported the launch of Climate Action 101: Indonesia’s Guide for Newbies, a collaboration between The Habibie Center and the Society of Renewable Energy. Aimed at empowering Indonesia’s younger generation, the book provides practical insights on climate change and actionable solutions. As a champion of youth engagement through its Green Guardians program, the Bakti Barito Foundation is thrilled to support initiatives that inspire climate action among Indonesia’s youth.

“We believe that overcoming climate change is very important for the young generation,” said Nadia Habibie, Secretary of the Board of Directors at The Habibie Center.

ISF 2024 gathered over 11,000 participants from 53 countries, underscoring Indonesia’s leadership in advancing sustainable development. Bakti Barito Foundation is honored to have participated in the forum, reaffirming its dedication to fostering collaboration, innovation, and education to drive climate resilience in Indonesia.
