Jakarta. Aryaduta Bali has officially launched the Sapta Rasa Campaign, a vibrant celebration of food, community, and culture, running from May through August 2024.

This four-month-long campaign features an array of activities designed to highlight local flavors, support small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), and engage guests in unique culinary and cultural experiences. This initiative spans across all ten Aryaduta hotel properties, including its leisure brands, Imperial Klub Golf, Taman Rekreasi Lippo Cikarang, and Puncak Resort International.

The Sapta Rasa Campaign offers a special menu featuring Aryaduta Bali’s culinary innovations. Guests can indulge in the Iga Sapi Kuah Asam Gurih, a tantalizing blend of spices creating a fresh and appetizing flavor, priced at Rp 156,000 per portion available at Henry’s Grill & Bar.The Rose Offering, a vibrant cocktail featuring vodka, roselle tea, homemade kefir syrup, and lemongrass essence, and the Spiced Sense, a refreshing mix of vodka, homemade spiced syrup, and cold brew black tea, both available for Rp 100,000 per glass at Henry’s Grill & Bar.

Supporting local MSMEs is a key focus of the campaign. Aryaduta Bali provides Krakakoa Chocolate with a dedicated space in the mini bar of each guest room to offer their exquisite products. Additionally, local MSMEs will be featured in the coffee breaks included in every meeting package during the campaign, allowing them to showcase their unique offerings to guests.

The campaign includes engaging guest activities to ensure a memorable experience for all. Children can participate in the Kids Cooking Class at The Heavens, where they can learn and enjoy making chocolate cookies, donuts, or cupcakes for Rp 185,000 per person. For those interested in Indonesian cuisine, Henry’s Grill & Bar offers a Learn to Cook Indonesian Food class, where guests can prepare traditional dishes such as Sate Lilit and Nasi Goreng Kemangi, also priced at Rp 185,000 per person.

Aryaduta Bali vows to give back to the community through its corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives. As part of the Sapta Rasa Campaign, the hotel will visit a local orphanage in Bali to share an Eco Enzyme Class, teaching the benefits of eco enzymes produced through the fermentation of organic kitchen waste.

The campaign will culminate in the Sapta Rasa Food Festival, held from July 26 to 28, 2024, at Lippo Mall Kuta.

The festival, running from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., will feature MSMEs offering a variety of Indonesian foods. Highlight activities include art workshops, kids cooking classes, and a fruit carving competition. Traditional dance performances and live band music from local schools andu niversities will entertain guests, showcasing Aryaduta Bali's commitment to providing a stage for young Indonesian talent.

The Sapta Rasa Food Festival is free to enter for the public. Art workshops during the festival are priced between Rp 250,000 and 450,000 per person, while the kids cooking class is available for Rp185,000 per person. Aryaduta Bali will announce the price for the fruit carving competition soon with details to be revealed on Instagram.

Proceeds from these activities will be partially donated to support a local orphanage.
