Aryaduta Bali Hosts Revitalize and Rejoice Event
Jakarta. Aryaduta Bali recently held "Revitalize & Rejoice" a day-long event dedicated to wellness and joy, on April 28.
The event encompassed a diverse range of activities catering to individuals of all ages and interests. From informative seminars to invigorating exercise sessions, "Revitalize & Rejoice" sought to inspire participants to prioritize their
well-being and embrace life to the fullest.
Highlights of the event include a kids' cooking class featuring the seasoned chefs of Aryaduta Bali. Under the guidance of experts, the young participants crafted delicious burgers and sushi, fostering creativity and a love for healthy eating.
There was also a health seminar focusing on women's wellness, delving into the myriad roles of women and offering valuable insights on maintaining mental and physical well-being. Attendees also benefited from complimentary health checks provided by Siloam Hospital Bali.
Last but not least was the Zumba exercise session. Enthusiastic individuals, including members of KCBI and the community of moms and women in Bali, danced their way to fitness during a lively Zumba session supported by Celebrity Fitness.
