Jakarta. The 2026 Ageless Festival encourages people to embrace a healthy lifestyle as they age.

The event, which took place on June 13-14 at Pondok Indah Mall 3, provided space for the urban communities to gain comprehensive health information and services in one location.

Visitors were able to receive health checks, genetic testing, and learn stem cell therapies. Various healthcare products, vitamins, and supplements were also available at special prices.

The edutainment stage had also brought together health practitioners and lifestyle influences for educational sessions. In a session dedicated for problems often encountered by women over 40, gynecologist Boyke Dian Nugraha told the audience that menopause was a natural process.

"The average Indonesian woman typically has her menopause at 49 years old. However, many people encounter it much early due to various factors, including stress and environmental conditions," Boyke said.

Menopause occurs due to a decrease in estrogen levels in the body. He called on women to start embracing a healthy lifestyle and proper nutrition from early on. Some symptoms before menopause hits include joint pain, sleep disturbances, and increased blood pressure.

"Aging is inevitable, but staying youthful is a choice. What's important is how we maintain our health and quality of life to remain active and productive as we enter old age," he said.

The Ageless Festival also had a personalized consultation program. Visitors were able to consult directly with health practitioners through face-to-face sessions, including functional medicine doctors and longevity specialists.

There was also the Ageless Flash Hour Super Sale program, offering special promotions during certain hours. Visitors could also get discounts of up to 55% at the Massive Discount Shopping promo.

Hundreds of wellness and lifestyle brands took part in the event.

There was also the workout section where people could join yoga, pilates, zumba, and pound fit classes.
