Jakarta. Francisca Candra Novitasari aka Siskaeee on Monday dropped the legal motion challenging her designation as a suspect in the ongoing police investigation into pornographic video production with a plan to file a new one.

The move came after she was detained by the Jakarta Police, which accused her of performing in the videos.

"We withdrew the previous motion to be replaced with a new one that includes counterarguments about her arrest,” said Tofan Agung Ginting, an attorney for Siskaeee.

However, the lawyer cannot confirm when the new motion will be registered with the South Jakarta District Court.

Siskaeee was arrested at her apartment in Yogyakarta on Jan. 24 after she had ignored two previous warrants. 

The social media personality, who publicly admitted to hosting an OnlyFans account, was one of nine women who become suspects for allegedly featuring in the porn videos. Police also named two men as suspects.

However, Siskaeee is the only one who is being detained by the police.

Chief Comr. Ade Safri Simanjuntak, director of the Jakarta Police’s criminal investigation division, said earlier that Siskaeee was put in custody because she refused to cooperate with investigators.

“Other suspects have been cooperative during the legal process by honoring our summonses for their deposition,” Ade said.

All suspects face charges under both the Pornography Law and the Electronic Information and Transaction Law.

The investigation began in September with the arrest of four men and one woman on charges of producing explicit adult content at a business premise in South Jakarta. 

The primary suspect is the alleged director behind the production of these adult videos. He operated a website for streaming explicit content.

Three other men played key roles in the production process: a cameraman, a movie editor, and a sound effect technician.

The fifth suspect served as the group's secretary and also participated as a female performer in the videos they created, according to a police statement at that time.

As the investigation progressed, police expanded their focus to include suspected performers in the videos and identified 11 additional suspects in December.
