Singer Ayu Ting Ting Falls Victim to Robbery During Las Vegas Vacation
Jakarta. Singer Ayu Ting Ting has reported a robbery during her recent vacation in Las Vegas, USA. The news was shared by Ayu through her personal YouTube channel.
The "Alamat Palsu" singer revealed that many personal belongings belonging to one of her companions, named Cece, were stolen.
"Cece's things were completely taken. Her bag, wallet, and money were all in the front here. Cece's bag was in front," Ayu Ting Ting said, as quoted by Beritasatu.com on Wednesday.
Ayu explained that the theft occurred after their car was broken into. Items such as her wallet, money, bag, and even a paper bag containing makeup were stolen.
"My paper bag, which contained my wallet, makeup, and other items, was also taken," Ayu, who has 57 million followers on Instagram, added.
Fortunately, her passport remained safe, and the suitcase she was carrying was not successfully stolen.
"My passport and other items are safe. The suitcase was almost taken but it seems they couldn't manage to get it," she said.
Ayu and her team immediately reported the incident to the police to investigate the robbery.
