Jakarta. The Supreme Court on Monday officially swore in Ricky Perdana Gozali as Deputy Governor of Bank Indonesia for the 2025–2030 term, following his appointment by President Prabowo Subianto on July 29.

Ricky succeeds Doni Primanto Joewono, who served in the position from 2020 to 2025.

“I swear that I will carry out the duties and responsibilities of Deputy Governor of Bank Indonesia to the best of my ability and with full responsibility. I pledge loyalty to the nation, the constitution, and the state ideology,” Ricky said during the oath-taking ceremony before Supreme Court Chief Justice Sunarto.

Before his appointment, Ricky served as Head of Bank Indonesia’s Jakarta Representative Office. He began his career at the central bank in 1995 as a staff member in Semarang, Central Java, and later headed the bank’s representative offices in South Sumatra and East Kalimantan.
