Jakarta. State-owned telecommunications company Telkom Indonesia (TLKM) reported a consolidated net profit of Rp 15.78 trillion ($965 million) for the January–September 2025 period, down 10.7 percent from Rp 17.67 trillion a year earlier, according to its financial statement released Thursday evening.

Basic earnings per share fell to Rp 159.33 by the end of September, compared with Rp 178.42 in the same period last year.

Revenue declined slightly to Rp 109.61 trillion from Rp 112.21 trillion a year earlier. After accounting for expenses, Telkom recorded an operating profit of Rp 29.17 trillion, compared to Rp 32.45 trillion in the same period of 2024.

As of September 30, 2025, the company reported total assets of Rp 291.89 trillion, liabilities of Rp 136.88 trillion, and equity of Rp 155.01 trillion.

Telkom’s shares fell 1.22 percent to Rp 3,250 on Thursday’s trading session. Despite the dip, the stock has gained 12.85 percent over the past three months.

The company is also preparing to sell 20 to 30 percent of its subsidiary Telkom Infrastruktur Indonesia (TIF) to a strategic partner. The partial stake sale aims to test market valuation and improve capital efficiency, while Telkom will retain controlling ownership in the subsidiary, which manages the group’s fiber-optic network assets.
