Superbank Books Rp 122.4 Billion Pre-Tax Profit as Digital Banking Scales Up
Jakarta. Superbank Indonesia posted sustained positive performance through November 2025, supported by solid operational and financial growth as the lender strengthened its post-listing foundations following its debut on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
The digital bank, backed by Grab, Emtek, Singtel, KakaoBank, and GXS, booked pre-tax profit (PBT) of Rp 122.4 billion ($7.29 million) as of November, driven by consistently rising income. Net interest income surged 165% year-on-year (YoY) to Rp 1.4 trillion ($83.4 million), in line with continued intermediation growth.
The momentum was reflected in third-party funds (DPK), which jumped 149% YoY to Rp 11.0 trillion, while loan disbursement rose 58% YoY to Rp 9.3 trillion. As a result, total assets expanded 69% YoY to Rp 18.0 trillion by the end of November 2025.
President Director Tigor Siahaan said the results underscored the bank’s fundamental strength and growth trajectory. He noted that rising customer numbers, higher transaction activity, and sustained financial performance showed Superbank’s business model was becoming increasingly mature.
“Our focus remains on building digital banking services that are relevant to daily needs, operated prudently, and supported by a strong foundation for long-term growth,” Tigor said in a statement released on Monday.
Since launching its digital app in June 2024, Superbank has served more than 5 million customers, reflecting growing trust in secure and relevant digital banking services. Average daily transactions have exceeded 1 million, bolstered by a more than 40% increase in the third quarter of 2025 compared with the previous period.
In line with its performance and capital strengthening, Superbank has met the criteria for KBMI 2 following its initial public offering. With core capital now surpassing Rp 6 trillion, the lender has a stronger capital structure to expand its business scale and enter its next growth phase as a publicly listed company.
