PIK2 Exceeds Pre-Sales Target in 2023
Jakarta. Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua (PIK2), a real estate developer affiliated with Agung Sedayu and Salim Group, has achieved Rp 2.4 trillion ($153.65 million) in pre-sales in 2023, surpassing its target by 10 percent.
The pre-sales breakdown indicates that commercial property contributed Rp 1.1 trillion, making up 47 percent of the total pre-sales. Commercial land plots accounted for Rp 835 billion (36 percent), and residential land plots reached Rp 403 billion (17 percent) of the overall pre-sales.
The pre-sales witnessed a growth of Rp 450 billion, marking a 24 percent increase compared to 2022. This surge indicates that the real estate market in the northern part of Jakarta has room for expansion. PIK2, listed as PANI in the IDX, controls extensive land spanning 1,599 hectares in North Jakarta.
"With over 50 years of experience, PIK2 is committed to innovating and introducing products that meet market needs, reflected in targeted marketing sales," President Director of PIK2 Sugianto Kusuma, also known as Aguan, said in an official release on Friday.
In the fourth quarter of 2023, PIK2 reported pre-sales of Rp 608 billion, driven by a 31 percent quarter-on-quarter increase in the sale of land plots. Other segments, such as commercial products (shops/offices/small office-home office/warehouses), remained stable at Rp 328 billion compared to the previous quarter's pre-sales of Rp 332 billion.
PIK2 offers diverse products such as Permata Hijau Residence, Rumah Millenial, Ruko Milenial, SOHO The Bund, Rukan Lau Pa Sat, and BizPark PIK2. These products are segmented from the middle to upper-middle class.
