PANI Executives Visit Nusantara to Monitor Investment Progress
Penajam Paser Utara. Executives and shareholders of property giant Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua (PANI) visited several key construction sites in Nusantara Capital City, East Kalimantan, to assess their investments' progress and ensure they support the city’s development.
Lazuardi Nasution, Director of Investment and Business Facilitation at Nusantara's authority body OIKN, emphasized that the visit was part of their commitment to ensuring that these investments positively impact and support the rapid development of the new capital.
The OIKN believes that strong collaboration between the public and private sectors will make Nusantara a model for innovative and sustainable urban development.
“Nusantara will be a historic milestone, unlike any other city developed before. This will be a brand-new city, built from the ground up with an innovative vision,” Nasution stated in an official statement on Wednesday.
During the visit, the delegation toured Swissotel Nusantara, which was developed by Kusuma Putra Alam (KPA), a PANI subsidiary. The hotel is part of an international consortium managing hospitality and commercial buildings in the new capital. According to the IKN Authority, this facility will serve as a high-end accommodation center and is expected to reflect Nusantara’s advanced architectural design and excellence.
Other sites inspected during the visit included key projects such as Hermina Hospital, Nusantara Technology House, ministerial housings, and the Ceremonial Plaza.
The OIKN reiterated the government’s ongoing commitment to enhancing collaboration with various public and private sectors to ensure the successful development of Nusantara.
“This initiative aims to make Nusantara a hub of innovation and growth that all Indonesians can take pride in,” the statement concluded.
