OJK Gives Nod to Nixon Napitupulu’s Appointment as BTN CEO
Jakarta. The Financial Services Authority, of OJK, has approved the appointment of Nixon Lambok Pahotan Napitupulu as the chief executive officer of state-owned Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN), whose business focuses on housing loans.
Nixon was appointed CEO by the shareholders’ meeting on March 16, but the OJK declared his qualification only recently.
The decision by the OJK’s Board of Commissioners stated that Nixon “has passed the fit-and-proper-person test” and is “qualified to serve as the chief executive officer” of BTN.
The authority also gave a nod to the appointment of Oni Febriarto Rahardjo as deputy CEO and Mohamad Yusuf Permana as a BTN commissioner.
