As of March 2024, Mitratel's optical fiber length reached 36,257 kilometers, growing by 3,736 kilometers or 11.5 percent from the end of December 2023.

The company had 38,135 towers as of March 2024, with 41.5 percent located in Java and the rest spread across other regions. The number of tenants and colocations also increased, with the tenancy ratio rising to 1.52x.
