Five Large Companies Line Up for IPOs on Indonesia Stock Exchange
Jakarta. The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) has seven companies in its initial public offering pipeline, including five large firms with assets exceeding Rp 250 billion ($14.8 million), an exchange official said.
The potential IPO wave comes as Indonesia’s capital markets seek to capitalize on easing monetary conditions and renewed investor appetite for growth-oriented sectors.
IDX Director of Company Valuation I Gede Nyoman Yetna said the remaining two prospective issuers consist of one company with assets below Rp 50 billion and another with assets ranging between Rp 50 billion and Rp 250 billion.
By sector, the IPO candidates operate across basic materials, financial services, industrials, technology, and transportation and logistics, Nyoman said, without disclosing the companies’ identities.
Market sources, however, have pointed to several major names expected to go public, including logistics infrastructure firm Titan Infra Sejahtera, nickel mining company Anugrah Neo Energy Materials, and video streaming platform Vidio, which is part of the Emtek Group.
Titan Infra Sejahtera is known as one of the largest and most integrated coal logistics infrastructure operators in South Sumatra. Through an IPO, the company aims to expand capacity and optimize the region’s substantial coal reserves.
Anugrah Neo Energy Materials operates two nickel mining sites, each covering more than 10,000 hectares, and has positioned itself as an aspiring pioneer in environmentally friendly nickel production in Indonesia.
Vidio is among Indonesia’s fastest-growing over-the-top streaming platforms, targeting 8 million subscribers within the next two to three years. In 2024, Vidio’s market valuation was estimated at around Rp 14.96 trillion (approx. $885 million), higher than several digital media companies already listed on the IDX.
If the IPO plan materializes, Vidio could become one of the largest technology and media listings on the Indonesian bourse.
“Rumors of Vidio’s IPO have been circulating since mid-year. If it takes place in 2026, market momentum would be supportive as interest rates are trending lower, prompting investors to return to growth stocks such as technology,” said Bernadus Wijaya, chief executive of Sucor Sekuritas, in a recent market note.
