Jakarta. State lender Bank Mandiri has undergone a restructuring in both its directorate and board of commissioners. The changes were implemented by the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises, the majority shareholder of Bank Mandiri, during the annual general meeting of shareholders on Thursday.

State-Owned Enterprises Minister Erick Thohir confirmed the honorable dismissal of Ahmad Siddik Badruddin, Susana Indah Kris Indriati, and Andrinof Chaniago.

Ahmad Siddik was relieved of his position as the Risk Management Director of Bank Mandiri due to his appointment as the Risk Management Director of state oil and gas company Pertamina on Jan. 31, 2024.

Meanwhile, Susana Indah Kris Indriati was relieved of her position as the Corporate Banking Director of Bank Mandiri.
