Propan Signs MoU With REI, Offers Free Training for Construction Workers
Jakarta. Paint manufacturer Propan Raya signed a memorandum of understanding with Real Estate Indonesia, a property industry group known as REI, to train construction workers.
The deal signed on Wednesday will allow Propan to support REI in providing training – specifically wall painting techniques – for construction workers,
The memorandum was signed by Propan chief executive Kris Rianto Adidarma and REI chairman Soelaeman Soemawinata.
"We thank Propan Raya for this cooperation, because with this, we can expect our developers to build better quality housing for low income customers. What makes it even better is that the training will be free of charge," Soelaeman said.
Propan has been offering free wall painting training for workers since 2016 as part of its marketing campaign and product education.
