Jakarta. Samsung Electronics Indonesia has opened pre-orders for the Galaxy Z Fold6 and Galaxy Z Flip6. The Galaxy Z Flip6 starts at Rp 17,499,000 ($1,080), while the Galaxy Z Fold6 begins at Rp 26,499,000.

The Galaxy Z Fold6 features a slimmer and lighter design for ease of one-handed use, while the Galaxy Z Flip6 boasts a more stylish bezel appearance. Both models are equipped with the latest Galaxy AI features, including the ability to translate face-to-face conversations into 20 languages, displayable on the Cover Screen of both devices.

“Samsung has introduced revolutionary innovations with Galaxy AI earlier this year. With the Galaxy Z Fold6 and Galaxy Z Flip6, Samsung delivers enhanced AI features not available in previous series or other foldable phones on the market,” said Verry Octavianus, Product Marketing Manager for Samsung Mobile Experience at Samsung Electronics Indonesia, on Thursday.

The Interpreter feature now includes a new Listening Mode. This feature creates real-time subtitles during one-way conversations, such as presentations, seminars, or language classes. Galaxy AI will automatically generate and translate subtitles into many languages, including Indonesian. These features can be used more seamlessly by connecting the device to Galaxy Buds3 or Buds3 Pro to hear translations without looking at the screen.

The Galaxy Z Fold6 is the lightest and thinnest design compared to its predecessors, weighing only 239 grams and measuring 12.2 mm thick. This is lighter than the Galaxy Z Fold5 (253 grams) and thinner (Galaxy Z Fold5: 13.4 mm).

The Galaxy Z Flip6 features a new design with camera rings matching the device color. The Galaxy Z Flip6 is available in Silver Shadow, Yellow, Blue, and Mint. Meanwhile, the Galaxy Z Fold6 comes in Silver Shadow, Pink, and Navy. Both models are also available in exclusive Black and White options on Samsung.com.

The Galaxy Z Fold6 is offered in several options: Rp 26,499,000 (12/256GB), Rp 28,499,000 (12/512GB), and Rp 31,999,000 (12GB/1TB). The Galaxy Z Flip6 starts at Rp 17,499,000 (12/256GB) and Rp 19,499,000 (12/512GB).
