Tokopedia CMO Named among Most Influential Marketers in APAC
Jakarta. Campaign Asia-Pacific recently announced its list of the most influential marketers in the region, which includes Kevin Mintaraga, the Chief Marketing Officer of the tech giant Tokopedia.
This marks the fourth time that Kevin made it to the APAC Power List.
Kevin and his team are behind the Tokopedia Marketing Solutions which have helped enterprises promote their businesses and drive business growth. Thanks to Tokopedia Marketing Solutions, businesses can place on-target ads through the use of consumer data according to applicable security and personal data protection principles.
Tokopedia claimed that Tokopedia Marketing Solutions saw a seventeen-fold growth in the first semester of 2022. The number of strategic partners that range from medium to large-scale enterprises rose by a whopping 30 times over the same period.
Other programs that Kevin had launched included the Tokopedia Affiliate and the Merchant Partnership Program. Tokopedia Affiliate compensates people for sharing links to the platform’s products on social media. An affiliate will get up to 10 percent commission if their links successfully generate a sale. As of March 2022, Tokopedia already recorded hundreds of thousands of affiliates.
Under the Merchant Partnership Program, Tokopedia teams up with selected sellers to help their marketing programs. This initiative has enabled the said sellers to enjoy higher business growth compared to the average businesses of the same category on Tokopedia.
The 2023 APAC Power List recognizes influential marketers in the region. They involve their consumers in their decision-making processes. As part of the top brass, the listed CMOs also play a role in creating an inclusive culture and equality in their teams. Other names that also make it to the 2023 APAC Power List are Ricky Afrianto (Mayora Indah), Sri Widowati (Danone Indonesia), Edward Bell (Cathay Pacific, Hong Kong), Jessica Beaton (Disney, Singapore), and many more.
