Jakarta. PT Multi Ocean Shipyard (MOS), the subsidiary of PT Soechi Lines Tbk, recently announced it would build a new additional jetty in its shipyard.

The additional jetty is expected to boost the Company’s operational capacity and efficiency. The new facility is also set to enable MOS to serve more ships simultaneously. It will also boost the production capacity and the customer’s services.

MOS has already begun constructing the jetty earlier this month. The construction is expected to finish in Feb. 2025.

“This is also a strategic step to support  MOS’s vision as a leading shipyard that contributes to Indonesia’s maritime industry,” the press release reads.
