myBCA International Java Jazz Festival 2026 Opens New Chapter

Jakarta. myBCA International Java Jazz Festival 2026 is opening a new chapter this year.

The country's hottest music festival will return on May 29-31 with some fresh twists. It has now teamed up with myBCA as its main sponsor. The annual festival has also picked Nusantara International Convention Exhibition (NICE) at PIK 2, Tangerang as its venue.

"For over two decades, Java Festival Production has grown alongside musicians, partners, and music lovers across generations. In its 21st year, myBCA International Java Jazz Festival 2026 opens a new chapter with a fresher spirit, a new location at NICE PIK 2, closer to international access, and a commitment to providing a broader, world-class festival experience," Dewi Gontha, the president director of the organizer Java Festival Production, said.

Festival-goers can enjoy music across the 10 stages spread across NICE PIK 2.

Each stage will offer a distinct musical character and curation, showcasing the spectrum of jazz and its derivatives in a wide variety of colors and genre explorations. 

Grammy Award-winning R&B singer Ella Mai will join the festival. Known for global hits like "Boo'd Up" and "Trip," Ella Mai has earned international acclaim for redefining modern R&B with a timeless, emotional touch.

The lineup also includes Jenevieve and Aron!

myBCA International Java Jazz Festival 2026 is also bringing Brazilian singer-songwriter João Sabiá and Australia's Harbourside Jazz. The same goes for Kevin Powell & Company, a musical project known for its blend of gospel, jazz, and soul in energetic live performances. 

There is also a plethora of Indonesian artists at the event.

Wijaya 80, The Groove featuring Tiara Effendy, and Rafi Sudirman featuring Rara Sudirman will deliver energetic performances. A special collaboration between Barsena Bestandhi and Nadhif Basalamah promises emotional moments with powerful vocals and distinct yet complementary characters.

Eight-time Grammy Award winner Jon Batiste will perform as a special act on the first day, followed by Wave to Earth the following day.

With a mix of legendary singers, international stars, and rising national musicians, the announcement of this second lineup further confirms that this year's music celebration will be an unforgettable experience.
