Mitsubishi Fuso, Canter Community Launch ‘Be5ar Ber5ama’ Campaign on 55th Anniversary
Jakarta. Mitsubishi Fuso recently launched the “Be5ar Ber5ama” (‘Grow Together’) digital campaign in partnership with the Canter community, which brought together enthusiasts of the commercial vehicle of the same name.
The campaign is part of Mitsubishi Fuso’s 55th anniversary celebrations. Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors (KTB), the official distributor of Mitsubishi Fuso trucks, held the 12th National Jamboree of the Canter Mania Indonesia Community (JAMNAS XII CMIC) in Purwokerto over the weekend. It amassed over 3,000 members, their families, and 500 vehicles from across Indonesia.
KTB general manager for business communication Sudaryanto said that Be5ar Ber5ama campaign showed how Mitsubishi Fuso had been an integral part of the lives, businesses, and work of many people for decades.
“The Be5ar Ber5ama campaign is implemented through social media platforms to encourage people to share their stories of growing up with Mitsubishi Fuso. The stories can be diverse and real -- tales of struggle, pride, business transformation, or simple, meaningful moments," he said.
The Be5ar Ber5ama campaign has two categories: photo and video. All submitted stories will be curated, and Mitsubishi Fuso will select the five best photos and five videos, along with the Best of the Best winner, to be awarded a total prize of tens of millions of rupiah. Mitsubishi Fuso will announce the winners at its 55th anniversary celebration next month.
Sudaryanto also thanked the Canter community for their loyalty.
"Mitsubishi Fuso's 55th anniversary celebration would not have been possible without the support, trust, and loyalty of its customers. For us, customers are the most important aspect of Mitsubishi Fuso's journey, including Canter drivers and enthusiasts throughout Indonesia.
The group currently has more than 3,000 active offline members across 70 routes and over 13,000 online members in the Facebook community.
“This jamboree is not only a gathering event, but also a means of strengthening solidarity and appreciating the significant contribution of truck drivers who play a vital role in making sure that everything goes well in the Indonesian logistics industry," said Sudaryanto.
The two-day jamboree offered free checkups and special prices for service and spare parts. Participants could also get affordable oil changes.
Mitsubishi Fuso also introduced drivers to the MyFUSO app, including its community forum feature. MyFUSO app users also had access to many promotions. There was also a Canter truck contest that awarded people with the best-decorated trucks.
"Fuso's presence has made us feel proud and appreciated, as Canter users who work hard every day to ensure smooth logistics throughout Indonesia," the jamboree’s chair, Puji Priyatno, said.
