Medela Potentia Distributes Rp 176 B Dividend Following Strong 2025 Profit
Jakarta, Medela Potentia shareholders approved a Rp 176.56 billion cash dividend for the 2025 fiscal year at the company’s annual general meeting on Tuesday, equivalent to 45% of last year’s Rp 398.1 billion net profit.
Corporate Secretary Wimala Widjaja said the payout reflected the company’s commitment to consistently delivering value to shareholders.
“The company maintained its regular dividend payout ratio at 40% of net profit, while also adding a 5% special dividend. Total dividend distribution reached Rp 12.6 per share, up 28.5% from the previous year,” Wimala said.
The cash dividend will be distributed on June 17, 2026. The cum dividend date for the regular and negotiated market is set for May 22, while the cash market cum dividend date falls on May 26. The ex-dividend date for the regular and negotiated market is May 25, while the cash market ex-dividend date is May 29. The recording date is scheduled for May 26.
The annual shareholders meeting, held on May 12, also approved the resignation of Krestijanto Pandji as president director of Medela Potentia and appointed Juliwaty as his successor. The leadership transition is part of the company’s strategy to maintain business continuity and strengthen its long-term growth direction.
Prior to her appointment, Juliwaty served as president director of Anugrah Argon Medica (AAM), a subsidiary of Medela Potentia, and has extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Together with Wimala Widjaja and Edbert Orotodan on the board of directors, the new leadership team is expected to sustain the company’s performance and navigate the evolving healthcare sector. Meanwhile, Stanley Ch. Budihardja serves as president commissioner and Lukas Setia Atmaja as independent commissioner.
“This leadership transition is expected to further strengthen the organization’s foundation and accelerate the company’s business strategy in a sustainable manner,” Wimala said.
Building Resilience, Driving Sustainable Growth
This year, Medela Potentia continues to strengthen its business foundation through the expansion of its national distribution infrastructure, including plans to inaugurate a new building and warehouse for AAM’s Medan branch. The move is aimed at improving pharmaceutical distribution coverage in western Indonesia.
The company also added three new principals in the first quarter of 2026 as part of its strategy to strengthen its portfolio and competitiveness. Medela Potentia said it will continue exploring opportunities to add new principals selectively and sustainably to broaden product offerings, reinforce strategic partnerships, and support long-term business growth.
In the medical devices segment, the company is currently exploring partnerships with global healthcare equipment firms as part of its diversification strategy and efforts to enhance portfolio value. Investor Relations Director Harris Lesmana said the initiatives form part of the company’s long-term growth strategy.
“The company continues to strengthen its growth foundation through distribution infrastructure development, the addition of new principals, and the exploration of strategic partnerships in the medical devices business with global partners to deliver high-quality products manufactured domestically,” Harris said.
Medela Potentia posted solid performance in the first quarter of 2026, with revenue rising 3.4% year-on-year and net profit increasing 7.4% to Rp 119.32 billion, supported by pharmaceutical sales growth and operational efficiency across its distribution network.
Net sales reached Rp 4.03 trillion as of March 31, 2026, up from Rp 3.9 trillion in the same period last year despite ongoing economic challenges.
Pharmaceutical products remained the largest contributor, generating Rp 3.26 trillion in sales compared to Rp 2.7 trillion a year earlier. Medical devices contributed Rp 394.5 billion, while healthcare products accounted for Rp 380.2 billion.
The company also continues to strengthen the implementation of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles across its operations. Through its subsidiary AAM, Medela Potentia has started deploying electric vehicles for pharmaceutical distribution activities, following the operation of 106 electric motorcycles across 15 branches in 13 cities.
On the social front, the company plans to continue its free health screening programs in various cities across Indonesia as part of efforts to prevent chronic diseases and improve public health literacy.
In governance, Medela Potentia reaffirmed its commitment to consistently implementing Good Corporate Governance principles across all operational lines and subsidiaries.
