In enhancing customer service, Jasa Marga continuously strengthens its technology-based innovations by optimizing the Jasamarga Tollroad Command Center (JMTC) as an ITS-enabled traffic control center.

Serving as “the eye of the toll road,” JMTC captures comprehensive traffic information through monitoring and detection systems deployed throughout the company’s toll road sections, including over 3,500 CCTV cameras, 114 Incident Management System (IMS) points, 285 Global Positioning System (GPS) units, 7 Weigh in Motion (WIM) systems, 28 Speed Cameras, 2 Dynamic Speed Limit systems, 334 Dynamic Message Sign (DMS) units, and 246 Traffic Counting tools consisting of Radar Sensors and Intelligence Traffic Analysis (ITA) technology, all connected within the Jasamarga Integrated Digitalmap (JID) ecosystem.

Outputs from JMTC’s information system are disseminated to road users through the Travoy Mobile App, a digital assistant for toll road travel. Key features include live traffic updates, travel time estimates, toll route and tariff information, digital receipts, rest area information, and assistance services.

Jasa Marga consistently elevates the quality of sustainable Travoy Rest services to provide high-standard and comfortable rest areas. Continuous innovation in facilities and service delivery enhances the overall travel experience. Sustainability efforts include the optimization of green open spaces, structured landscape management, and integrated waste systems to ensure a safe, clean, and pleasant environment.
