Indosat Business Launches NEXTretail, Digital Solution for Retail Businesses

Jakarta. Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (Indosat or IOH), through Indosat Business, recently announced that it had launched NEXTretail.

According to IOH, this is an advanced integrated digital solution designed to optimize business revenues in the retail sector, enhance customer satisfaction, and improve operational efficiency in their stores.

Indosat Smart Digital Ads allows retailers to create personalized and targeted digital ad campaigns based on customer preferences and behavior. With this, retailers can increase customer engagement by 30 percent, conversion rates by 25 percent, and ad ROI by 20 percent.

A case study shows a 25 percent sales increase in a leading retail chain after implementing the same solution.

Indosat's AI-based Chatbot provides 24/7 customer service support to address common congestion in customer service, quickly handling common inquiries and directing more complex issues to human operators when necessary.
