Jakarta. Astra Infra reaffirmed its commitment to building an inclusive society and promoting environmental sustainability through the Astra Infra Sustainability Fest (AISF) 2025. Now in its second year, the festival was launched with a press conference at Kebun Kumara, Jakarta, on Friday, ahead of the main event scheduled for Dec. 4–6 at Menara Astra.

Beny Priyatna Kusumah, Head of Sustainability Management at Astra Infra, said AISF 2025 serves not only as a platform for creativity but also as a collaborative space where talented individuals with disabilities and neurodiverse backgrounds can connect with the broader public.

“This event is not just about fostering an inclusive environment, it is about giving space for friends with special talents to showcase their artwork, creativity, and artistic expression,” Beny said.

He emphasized that the festival aims to increase multi-stakeholder engagement. Collaborations built with various communities, including the Filoksenia Foundation, demonstrate how inclusive initiatives can create lasting impact.

“We hope to inspire more people to join us in building an inclusive and environmentally conscious Indonesia,” he added.

This year, Astra Infra introduces a new approach that merges inclusivity with climate mitigation efforts. According to Astra Infra’s Head of Corporate Communications, Deddy Pradityo Opficon, every visitor’s participation will be converted into a contribution toward reforestation.

“Each attendee represents one seedling that we will plant around Astra Infra toll road corridors,” Deddy said. “By joining AISF 2025, participants directly contribute to preserving the planet.”

The choice of Kebun Kumara as the location for the press conference reflects this shared vision. Its focus on environmental education and conservation aligns closely with AISF’s mission this year.

A Space for Art, Diversity, and Collaboration

With the theme “A Force for Climate Action,” AISF 2025 highlights art, diversity, and community-led climate initiatives. Group CEO of Astra Infra, Firman Yosafat Siregar, said that diverse talents lie at the heart of the festival.

“Astra Infra Sustainability Fest is a collaborative space where art and diversity are celebrated. We want to provide broad opportunities for the public to take part in building an inclusive and sustainable future,” Firman said.

He noted that performances and artworks by disabled and neurodiverse individuals serve as powerful reminders of the importance of acceptance, empowerment, and integration within compassionate, harmonious communities.

Collaboration with Disability and Neurodiverse Communities

Communities participating this year include Filoksenia Foundation, Mata Hati Koffie, Sekolah Khusus Aditiya Silih Asih, Sekolah Cita Buana, and Outsider Art Jakarta. They will showcase their creations, lead thematic discussions, and host creative activities.

Filoksenia Foundation’s Head, Romina S. Himawan, said AISF 2025 provides a meaningful platform for disabled and neurodiverse individuals to contribute to environmental preservation through art and inclusivity.

“They are part of our daily lives. Our collaboration with Astra Infra embodies our joint commitment to strengthening environmental sustainability for future generations,” she said.

Three Days of Free Public Activities

Over three days, visitors may freely access a wide range of activities, from art exhibitions and community installations to inspiring talks, thematic workshops, and the Difabel & Neurodiverse Talent Competition featuring eight finalists selected from hundreds of applicants.

A pop-up shop will also be available, offering merchandise, food, and beverages crafted by disability and neurodiverse communities.

Astra Infra hopes AISF 2025 will broaden public participation in supporting inclusivity while contributing to nationwide reforestation through its attendance-conversion program.

Registration is available at bit.ly/RegistrasiAISF2025 or on-site at Galeri Astra, 5th Floor, Menara Astra, Central Jakarta.
