Jakarta. Marketeers Hangout will soon return to provide both knowledge and inspiration for marketers.

The event is set to take place on Oct. 2 at Ciputra Artpreneur, Jakarta. The conference, which takes on the theme "Marketing Strikes Back", provides a strategic space marketers to learn, network, and transform.

According to MarkPlus, Inc. & Marketeers' chief executive officer Iwan Setiawan, learning marketing can be fun.

"That's why Marketeers Hangout is here with creativity. We're bringing you ten of Indonesia's best speakers who will share a wealth of insights within a unified storyline and integrated with theatrical action," Iwan was quoted as saying in a press statement.

In 2025, Marketeers Hangout will navigate the modern marketing landscape through three crucial rounds adapted from the so-called 4C Diamond Analysis framework: company, customers, competitors, and change.

The journey begins with the company vs. customer round, where participants will explore how to win customers' hearts through various perspectives. Le Minerale's marketing director, Febri Satria Hutama, will join the discussion to talk about brand loyalty and advocacy. The taxi company Blue Bird will send its marketing communications head, Yustiar Rizawan, to share his insights on service excellence. Andy Gusena, the brand advisor of Artist Inc., will discuss strategies for creating meaningful customer experiences.

The conference will also hold a company vs. competitor round. This is where marketeers learn what they can do to deal with competition.

BYD Indonesia's marketing head, Pramita Sari, will discuss brand identity differentiation. Cheil Indonesia's executive creative director will talk about how to come up with a battle plan to win the competition. Last but not least is ZAP Clinic's chief marketing officer, Feriani Chun,g who will emphasize the importance of positioning and trust as capital to face competitors.

In the company vs. change round, the focus will be on major changes coming from technology and regulations. Bank Saqu's marketing and branding head, Willy Apriando, will highlight digital marketing as a new weapon for marketers. XLSmart's group head of enterprise product and marketing, Tri Wahyuningsih, will discuss agile marketing as the key to adaptation. Last but not least is Pandji Pragiwaksono, the CEO of Comika, who will wrap up the forum with a perspective on how emotional bonds can create lasting brand value.

The event also serves as a major platform for brands that have won the 2025 Marketeers Editor's Choice Award. This award recognizes brands that have demonstrated innovative and outstanding marketing strategies over the past year.

The 2025 Marketeers Hangout will also offer exclusive opportunities to network with industry leaders and interact with like-minded marketers.
