Olympic Stars, Mongolia’s Top Squad to Compete at FIBA Inaspro 3x3 Jakarta

Jakarta. Global basketball stars are gearing up for the FIBA Inaspro 3x3 Jakarta 2025, set to take place on July 24-27 at the East Parking Plaza of the Gelora Bung Karno (GBK) sports complex in Senayan.

The event will feature two tournaments: the FIBA 3x3 Women's Series Jakarta 2025 and the FIBA 3x3 Challenger Jakarta 2025.

Among the headline players is Karlis Lasmanis of Latvia, a 2020 Tokyo Olympic gold medalist in 3x3 basketball, who will compete with China's Chongming team alongside Cameron Forte, Zhang Dianliang, and Wu Xingrui.

Mongolia’s women’s national team, which impressed at the 2025 FIBA 3x3 World Cup by finishing as runners-up after defeating the United States 18-15 in the quarterfinals, will also compete in Jakarta. The squad features Ariuntsetseg Bat-Erdene, Tserenlkham Munkhsaikhan, Nandinkhusel Nyamjav, and Khulan Onolbaatar.

Anthony Gunawan, the head of operations for the FIBA Inaspro 3x3 Jakarta, said several top teams from China, the United States, Taiwan, and Lithuania will compete in the men's division, while Spain, Australia, New Zealand, France, and the Philippines will send their top women’s teams.

“There will be many world-class players in Jakarta, including Karlis Lasmanis, the Tokyo Olympic gold medalist, who will play for Chongming in Senayan,” Anthony said during a press conference on Friday.

As hosts, Indonesia will field three men’s teams and one women’s team. The women’s team will represent Indonesia, while the men’s teams will compete under the names Jakarta, Batavia, and South Jakarta.

Team Jakarta will feature Aymane Garudi Arip (Rans Simba), Halmaheranno Lolaru Hady (Binus University), Justin Jonathan Patrick Alex, and Yogi Chan (Hangtuah). South Jakarta will be represented by Jarron Crump and Dame Diagne (Satria Muda), Ebrahim Enguio Lopez (Tangerang Hawks), and Reggie Mononimbar (Pelita Jaya).

Team Batavia, which will start from the qualification round, will include DeAnte Bernard Barnes, an American-Polish player, along with Daffa Daifulloh (Pacific Caesar Surabaya), Serigne Moudu Kane (Satya Wacana), Justin Jaya Wijayanto (Tangerang Hawks), Grady Cahyadi, and Fikran Fattah.
