Blackpink’s ‘Deadline Tour’ in Jakarta: Everything You Need to Know
Jakarta. Jakarta is set to turn into a sea of pink this weekend as Blackpink stages its Deadline World Tour at Bung Karno Sports Complex's Main Stadium on Nov. 1–2, marking the group’s highly anticipated return and adding to the wave of K-pop concerts sweeping Indonesia.
The South Korean supergroup, Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé, and Lisa, will perform two sold-out nights at the capital’s largest venue, with fans, known as Blinks, already queuing for merchandise and organizing flash mobs across the city.
Promoted by Live Nation Indonesia and IME Live Global, the Jakarta stop is part of Blackpink’s latest global tour covering Asia, Europe, and North America. Tickets are priced between Rp 1.45 million ($87.19) and Rp 3.8 million ($228.61).
Ticket redemption for both concert days is ongoing at South Parking, East Side (Bung Karno Statue, Southeast Plaza) within the Gelora Bung Karno complex. Redemption runs from Oct. 28 – 31 between 10 a.m. and 9 p.m., and from Nov. 1–2 between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. Purchasers are allowed to redeem tickets for both show dates, provided they use the same registered email and present valid e-vouchers.
Venue gates and merchandise booths will open at 11.00 a.m. Jakarta time, with exclusive access for Visa Infinite cardholders at the same time. All ticket holders can access merchandise booths from 12.30 p.m., while seating categories open at 3.00 p.m. and BLINK PIT entry begins at 5.30 p.m. The show will start promptly at 6.30 p.m.
Local businesses are also cashing in on the momentum from themed cafés in Senayan to hotel packages catering to out-of-town concertgoers. Transportation apps report spikes in weekend bookings around the stadium area, with city officials urging fans to arrive early and use public transit.
“I’ve been a Blink since forever, so to watch them live for the second time in my life, excites me so much. JENNIE I love you, see you in Jakarta this weekend!” said Nadira, 25, who bought a Platinum A ticket.
The Deadline Tour follows the success of Blackpink’s Born Pink era, promising new stage arrangements, fresh visuals, and exclusive remixes of chart-topping hits like Boombayah, Shut Down, and Pink Venom.
The group’s return cements Jakarta’s status as one of Southeast Asia’s most vibrant K-pop markets, drawing major acts and fueling the city’s post-pandemic live entertainment recovery.
Concert organizers say the show will feature high-energy choreography, LED visuals, and live-band arrangements of hits like Pink Venom, Kill This Love, and Shut Down.
