IndiHome Supports National Basketball Development Through Indonesian Basketball League 2017-2018
PT Telkom Indonesia (Telkom) through its IndiHome brand once again made its support in the development of national basketball sport by sponsoring the biggest basketball competition in Indonesia, "Indonesian Basketball League (IBL) 2017-2018". This support is a continuation of support in previous events, namely NBL 2010-2012, NBL 2012-2014, NBL 2014-2015 and IBL 2016-2017. IndiHome's involvement in IBL 2017-2018 is believed to make the event more interesting and competitive.
Vice President Consumer Marketing Management Telkom Jemy Confido said, since 2010, through NBL and IBL, IndiHome consistently supports the progress of basketball in Indonesia. Support as one of the sponsors of the performance of IBL 2017-2018 is expected to improve the performance of athletes basketball top homeland and sports industry in Indonesia in general. "Moreover, Telkom's presence through IndiHome also supports IBL as a professional basketball league as well as a sustainable competition," explained Jemy.
All basketball lovers in Indonesia can watch the Indonesian Basketball League that will be broadcast live through the IndiHome UseeTV television platform from the opening match to the final game LIVE on UseePRIME Ch.88, UseeTV IndiHome.
Furthermore, Jemy Confido added that many lovers of basketball in the country make IndiHome back to sponsor IBL this year. As a sponsor, we hope IBL's impressions will surely present an exciting and entertaining match for the people of Indonesia. Through the IBL competition, Telkom through IndiHome hopes there will be newly born basketball athletes who excel not only at the national level, but also the international level. IBL as the single largest official basketball competition in Indonesia, promising an unforgettable attraction that has never been encountered in previous seasons of competition.
Series 1 IBL is planned to be officially started in Jakarta on 8 to 10 December 2017. After that, IBL 2017-2018 season will visit other cities, such as Bandung (15-17 December 2017), Semarang (22-24 December 2017 , Yogyakarta (January 13-24, 2018), Solo (January 19-21, 2018), Malang (26-28 January 2018), Surabaya (2-4 February 2018) and Cirebon (23-25 February 2018).
