Jakarta. Bank Central Asia (BCA) reported a bank-only net profit of Rp 48.25 trillion ($2.9 billion) for January–October 2025, an increase of 4.39 percent year on year. The pace marked a slowdown from the 7.94 percent year-on-year gain recorded through September.

In October alone, BCA booked Rp 4.68 trillion in net profit, according to its public disclosure released on Wednesday.

Over the first 10 months of 2025, interest income rose 4.63 percent year on year to Rp 76.76 trillion, while interest expenses increased 6.02 percent year on year to Rp 10.28 trillion. This brought net interest income to Rp 66.47 trillion, up 4.42 percent year on year.

BCA’s lending performance continued to outperform the broader market. Total loans grew 7.63 percent year on year to Rp 923.54 trillion, slightly above the 7.36 percent year-on-year industry growth reported by Bank Indonesia. Fee-based income also supported performance, rising nearly 8 percent year on year to Rp 15.89 trillion.
