Jakarta. KB Bank has just announced that it has entered into a new strategic partnership with Bali United FC, one of the football clubs competing in Indonesia’s top-tier league, and boasts fans across the archipelago.

KB Bank said that they had picked Bali United FC because of its reputation as a modern, professionally managed club with consistent achievements, robust governance, active digital ecosystem, and supporter community. These values align with KB Bank’s transformation agenda to become a more approachable and modern bank that is relevant among youth. This strategic partnership will run for 1.5 seasons, starting from the second half of the 2025/2026 Super League season through to the end of the 2026/2027 Super League season. The collaboration will feature the KB Bank brand across various strategic Bali United assets, including official matches, digital platforms, and supporter community activities.

“Football brings people together and creates a tremendous positive energy. Through our partnership with Bali United, KB Bank aims to be part of that spirit by being closer to the community— especially younger generations — while offering relevant, accessible, and needs-based banking solutions,” KB Bank President Director Kunardy Darma Lie said.

“We view this collaboration as a medium-term strategic step to build sustainable relationships between KB Bank, Bali United, and the supporter community.”

Bali United will also place the KB Bank logo on its training jerseys, as well as across the club’s offline and digital assets. In the 2026/2027 season, the KB Bank logo will also appear on Bali United’s official match jerseys.

KB Bank and Bali United will jointly carry out creative activations, including interactive stadium booths, digital content collaborations, and promotional campaigns featuring Bali United players.

Bali United FC Chief Executive Officer Yabes Tanuri welcomed the collaboration with KB Bank.

“We warmly welcome the partnership between KB Bank and Bali United, as we see a strong alignment in vision and mission to deliver banking solutions to the broader community. Football is a form of entertainment enjoyed by all age groups, including younger generations, and KB Bank seeks to be present within society, particularly among these younger audiences. Bali United is currently focused on developing young football talents who continue to grow alongside the club,” said Yabes Tanuri.

“In addition to on-field development, off-field growth is also reflected in the strong presence of our supporters, who consistently provide their support for Bali United. We therefore hope this partnership will generate a positive impact by delivering structured and responsible financial information together with KB Bank to the wider community,” he added.

Through this collaboration, KB Bank aims to expand the penetration of its banking services, increase customer acquisition and transaction volumes, and open opportunities for business collaboration within the Bali United ecosystem that are relevant to banking needs.

In the medium term, the partnership is expected to contribute positively to KB Bank’s sustainable business growth. The collaboration is also set to generate added value for both parties and strengthen Indonesia’s national football ecosystem. It will also cement KB Bank’s position as an adaptive bank that is close to the community and actively supports the lifestyle and passions of the Indonesian people.
