Singapore. Nahdlatul Ulama youth organization Ansor's business arm BUMA has entered a strategic partnership with Singapore-based Toffs Technologies to jointly develop a cutting-edge cybersecurity platform named “BUMA Quantum Secure.”

The platform will focus on quantum-encrypted, untraceable networks, DDoS mitigation, and an AI-powered e-learning management system designed to reach communities across Indonesia.

BUMA, through its technology subsidiary Sahabat Kokoh Teknologi, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Toffs Technologies at the latter’s headquarters in Singapore on Monday. The agreement aims to bring advanced cybersecurity solutions to the Indonesian market through a business-to-business (B2B) collaboration.

The MoU signing was attended by H. Addin Jauharudin, Chairman of the Central Executive Board of GP Ansor and President Commissioner of BUMA, as well as H. A. Rifqi Al Mubarok, Secretary General of GP Ansor. Also present were members of the board of PT Sahabat Kokoh Teknologi: H. M. Rustam Hatala, Gabriel, and Ichwan, alongside Jason Kong, Co-Founder and CTO of Toffs Technologies, Radu Beneselea, CTO of Entropya, and Amelia Chua, Entropya Advisor.

As part of the agreement, the two companies will roll out BUMA Quantum Secure—a quantum-secure network platform designed to optimize digital infrastructure while acting as a robust cybersecurity perimeter. Key features will include DDoS protection, encrypted data transmission, and edge-based security filtering, allowing users to maintain high performance while ensuring maximum security.

The platform also aims to bridge Indonesia’s digital divide by integrating AI-powered e-learning modules and secure internet connectivity for remote and underserved communities.

Additionally, the partnership includes collaboration with Swiss-based cybersecurity firm Entropya AG, which specializes in digital camouflage, untraceable connectivity, and quantum-resilient cryptography. Entropya brings its “hide-harden-verify” security model to strengthen the platform’s defense capabilities.

“This is a concrete step by BUMA to advance technological self-reliance and strengthen the national digital ecosystem, particularly in the field of cybersecurity,” said Addin Jauharudin.

Jason Kong of Toffs Technologies added, “We are honored to co-develop BUMA Quantum Secure solutions that accelerate the adoption of secure applications and AI-enabled online education for Indonesian communities across all regions.”

The launch of BUMA Quantum Secure and its post-quantum resilience solutions is scheduled for the third quarter of 2025. The platform will target private enterprises, government institutions, and educational organizations seeking high-grade network and data protection.
