Jakarta Police Expose Lies in Dante's Case
Jakarta. The Jakarta Police has disclosed the findings of Yudha Arfandi's polygraph test, a suspect in the tragic death of Raden Andante "Dante" Khalif Pramudityo, the son of Tamara Tyasmara and DJ Angger Dimas.
According to the Jakarta Police spokesperson, Commissioner Ade Ary Syam Indradi, Yudha Arfandi lied about two things. Firstly, Yudha lied regarding the checking of CCTV.
"Initially, concerning Yudha's examination of CCTV locations around the swimming pool area. The results of the polygraph expert examination indicated that the responses given by the subject under scrutiny, or the suspect, were deceptive," stated Ade Ary to reporters on Monday.
Police are exploring the possibility of premeditated murder in Dante's case. This suspicion stems from Yudha Arfandi's activities, particularly his online searches for the locations of CCTV cameras at the crime scene preceding Dante's untimely demise on Jan. 26.
Despite Yudha's denials, digital forensic analysis conducted by the police suggests otherwise.
Secondly, Yudha also lied about the allegations of violence against his girlfriend, Tamara.
"The second lie pertains to questions regarding physical violence against Tamara," he mentioned.
Ade Ary further indicated that upon the disclosure of the polygraph test outcomes, they would promptly compile the necessary documents for submission to the Jakarta High Prosecutor's Office.
Yudha confessed to submerging 6-year-old Dante in a swimming pool as part of respiratory training. The tragic incident occurred while Dante was under the care of Tamara and Yudha. Yudha now faces the prospect of a maximum sentence of life imprisonment or even capital punishment.
