Jakarta. Singers Rizky Febian and Mahalini Raharja are now officially married. The wedding ceremony took place at the Raffles Hotel in Jakarta at 10:00 a.m. on Friday.

The ceremony was held privately and was attended only by close family members and friends. The decision to keep the ceremony private was made by the family, who preferred not to broadcast the marriage contract (ijab qabul) live.

In his social media post, Rizky Febian announced that he is now married to Mahalini. They also shared affectionate moments, indicating that they are now legally married.

"Alhamdulillah, it's official!," Rizky Febian wrote on his social media account.

In the photos shared, Rizky and Mahalini, originally from Bali, were seen wearing traditional Sundanese attire in white.

Mahalini and Rizky Febian solemnized their marriage according to Islamic customs.

Their marriage gained attention nationwide due to Indonesia's law prohibiting interfaith marriages. According to this law, one of the partners must convert to the religion of the other.

In compliance with the law, Mahalini, who was previously Hindu, chose to convert to Islam before marrying Rizky Febian.

Sutisna, Rizky's father, also known as the famous comedian Sule, confirmed that Mahalini had obtained permission from her family to convert to Islam for her marriage to Rizky Febian.
